What cookies do
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember a choice or support a website feature. This website is presented by Northline Vertical Circulation Services Ltd, company number 09481726, at 18 Meridian Yard, Manchester M4 7DX, United Kingdom. The generated company and domain details are fictional for this project and do not imply a verified real-world business.

Essential storage
The current static site stores your banner choice in local storage under a site-specific key. This lets the banner stay hidden between pages and after reload. It does not collect a contact message or identify you by name. If you clear browser storage, change browser settings or use another device, the choice may be requested again.
Analytics
This build does not claim that analytics are active. If an analytics service is added later, it should be configured so its identifiers are not placed until the relevant choice has been obtained where required. The provider, purpose, retention and international transfer information should then be added to the privacy notice and this policy.
Functional preferences
Functional storage may remember display or interaction preferences where such a feature is introduced. It is not necessary for the basic reading of the pages. The compact preferences control is designed to let you understand the available categories before making a choice.
How to change your choice
You can select “Reject Non-Essential” in the banner, or use “Preferences” to review the compact choice panel. You can also manage storage in your browser. In Chrome, open Settings, choose Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies or Site settings. In Edge, open Settings, choose Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies. In Firefox, open Settings, choose Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data. In Safari, open Settings or Preferences, choose Privacy, then manage website data. Names and paths vary by version and device.
Blocking all storage may affect the ability to remember your choice, but the pages should remain available. Browser extensions, private browsing and device policies may also change behaviour.
